1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at help@abbifloristlondon.shop. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- For Defective/Wrong Products: If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label, and there is no cost to the customer.
- For Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
5. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
7. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product and contact our support team immediately.
